The Health Pooled Fund (HPF) is led by the Government of the Republic of South Sudan’s Ministry of Health and managed by a consortium of partners led by Crown Agents. The consortium members – Crown Agents, Montrose, Health Partners International and International Procurement Agency (IPA) bring together a combination of specialist skills and extensive experience in programme management, fund management, health service delivery, health systems strengthening (HSS), fiduciary risk management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and procurement of goods.
Working together to reduce maternal, newborn and child mortality in South Sudan, each
partner takes the lead in developing programs around specific technical areas:
Focuses on programme management and strategy, fund management and disbursement, management of fiduciary risk, procurement and supply chain management
Focuses on health system strengthening, community empowerment, gender equity and social inclusion
Focuses on health service delivery and nutrition, monitoring and evaluation of NGO performance and knowledge management & communications
Focuses on Supply Chain Management, Custom Clearance, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Kitting operations and Distribution.
